Strike up the band! March around the flag pole! I lost another pound. This morning I ate a really good breakfast as is my custom after a good weight loss. Although it is only a pound, It is a good one. After the first 25 lbs the pounds come off more slowly so I am grateful. I have 21 pounds to go now to lose by my December birthday.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
