well that was a surprise, stayed the same weight as last week. Really thought i was going to put weight on as i was bad.But that is a bonus. Going into hospital just for day surgery tomorrow so won't be able to really start getting back into until tue-wed but I WILL LOSE WEIGHT THIS WEEK AND I WILL FILL MY JOURNAL OUT AND I AM GOING TO EXERCISE!!!
