I should wait to record it but getting under 145 is a huge milestone for me. It’s the difference between feeling fat and feeling like I need to lose some weight. It will probably pop back up for a few days but I’m taking the win anyway!
144.2 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
