I went to Rome on Monday for 5 days and I ate all my meals slowly and also managed to have one pizza and two ice creams and about 3 cakes. I didn't eat that much but we were walking for about 12 hours a day for 3 days solid. My scales say I have lost a pound and I am chuffed to bits with that. Eating slowly obviously works.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.5 lb a week
