I lost 6.6 pounds last night at my TOPS weigh in! I was the biggest loser again. I was not that surprised, I know what I have been doing all week. And, its exactly what I should be. So, I am off to my next week and, i am going to have good results again. That makes my total about -119 pounds. :)
