I havent given anyone an excuse of why I didnt work out, or have a great food day since I started on Dec 28,2012. I dont think there is an excuse. Youre not too sick, or tired, or busy. You have to put yourself on your "to do" list. The time is ticking by and you will never have today again. Not even the minute it took me to type this paragraph. If you want to do it, just do it, and make up your mind, and dont make excuses. And, if you dont want to, because you can, its definitely not that you cant, well, then just dont. But stop making excuses that we have all heard before because we have said them ourselves. I have had all good days so far, because I decided I am not going to let myself down again, not even once.You will not be getting any excuses out of me.
