Yesterday was way too many calories for food that wasn’t very good :( - I’d be fine with it but the sub was dry and tasteless and probably 800 calories at least. But I was eating at a friends and I was really hungry. Just wish it had tasted good. Still stuck on 146.6 - to the ounce - but at least it’s not going up.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
