Getting back to this weight loss journey for the hundredth time it seems. I've talked a little bit about it before here but I knew it was bad when I started to go to the back and scarf down food (doughnuts, bagels, tootsie rolls) without abandon - I know I have a bingeing problem and I'm trying to overcome that this time around, for good. I'm back to Bob Harper's Skinny Rules as they've worked well for me in recent history (see my 10 lb dip a few months back) and they're not hard to stick to... I just abandoned it. I hope I can summon the courage to stick to it better this time. I don't have much of a choice - my body hates being this big and I'm ready to give my body what it wants!
