Nothing to log because I’ve hit a - hopefully short - plateau. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in a month and then slow it down to 1-2 pounds a week. Looks like the slowdown came sooner than expected. So as long as I’m fluctuating between 125.5 and 127.5 I’ll just hold off on entering anything.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
