put on 800g, not good. I am going to try very hard to follow calorie counting, etc extremely hard. 2 great weeks in a row and now i stuffed up again. Get your shit together girl!! 14.9 kgs still to lose so snap out of it now!!!
149.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
