Really disappointing but I sanded my office walls - and I’m allergic to dust. Now I’m sick as hell and when I get sick I get hungry. Not going to count calories today and I’ll eat until I can’t eat anymore. I know this from experience. This sucks. I was doing so well. But - It’ll just be a blip in the road. If I gain a pound or two I’ll lose them again. But shoot. It’s also kicking my menieres in so I’ll have to eat to keep the nausea under control. Damn.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
