Seems the water my sore muscles were retaining has finally left - I saw a dramatic drop in weight, seemingly overnight. I'll keep an eye on anymore drastic changes, but my trainer assures me this is normal when first starting out a workout routine.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
