Still sore after BodyPump from Monday. Turns out I was using too much weight. Live and learn I guess. I worked with Linda last night to learn some of the machines, and also learned that the majority of my knee problems was from TriStar teaching me improperly for squats and lunges. This is the problem with karate instructors trying to teach fitness I guess.

I am not seeing as much weight loss as I would like, but I guess slow and gradual is better for me anyway.

My goal for this coming week is to try and do a set of crunches and push-ups in the mornings before my shower. I failed at the treadmill idea - I think partly its because I get up so early in the morning as it is.
