My fasting days 7/15 and 7/1. I lost almost 2 pounds I am now down to 112.2 ....Very Veeeeeeeery Very happy.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
