Working on the house and yard for at least a couple hours a day. Staying on the diet. I’m going to have to find different food soon or I’ll cheat because I’m tired of the same kind of food every day. Living with one pan, one plate, one cup - and a microwave means lots of TV dinners and I am not particularly fond of TV dinners.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
