Still the same 203lbs!
Please will someone look at my daily food plan and give me a kick....guide me! I'm stuck on the proverbial plateau.
I have a long bicycle ride ahead of now and I'm not feeling very positive.
:(
203.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I wish I could advise on diet. I have often thought of going to a nutritionist or dietition (not sure which). One thing that always works for me in losing weight... just skip dinner. Don't eat after lunch. It takes a lot of disciplin, but I always see results.

Hi Workingatit, Thanks for your reply. What you said makes sense. I always claim my RDI is too high. Unfortunately this week my diet has gone haywire. Visiting relations. Don't you even have fruit after lunch?
