Upset with my 1 lb. gain yesterday I got on the scale again this morning and was back to my 169 so I'm claiming it back!

I'll write more later..
169.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
