1946 kcal Fat: 86.19g | Prot: 81.97g | Carb: 227.44g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Kiwi Fruit, yogurt whole milk, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Breadstick, lunch honey citus chopped salad. Dinner: spinach soup with rosemary, quinoa avocado salad, White Corn Tortilla, chicken meatballs. Snacks/Other: bread, Almonds , Chocolove Crystalized Ginger Dark Chocolate. more...
