week 2 on meal plan started today. this is evening weigh in at 630pm. with plaster on my left foot. after dinner. cannot measure fat% because you need 2 feet
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
