Not sure what's going on with my weight these past couple of weeks, I've stuck to plan and have put weight on!!
Any ideas guys? 😕😕😕
158.0 lb Lost so far: 138.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your body is probably used to your routine. Change it up! Change times/days and type of exercise, up your water intake and try eating different foods than you're used to, it will start going down again.

The last few kilos can be real stubborn. They've been there the longest and the body just doesn't want to give them up! Keep powering on. Mix it up as toffee says.

Yes I drink around 6 pints a day 🤷‍♀️ I'm going to change up what I'm eating, see if it helps 🤞

I had this a few weeks ago, though didn't gain, I plateaued- just stick with it and your body will pick up again - I lost 3lb in 10 days when I was near given Ng up. I sympathize - can be demoralising. if it's hot, I know my body retains water no matter how much water I drink until it cools down again.
