Doing better. I love the feeling of the exercises. I am working on getting better at the routine. It is still a hit and miss. Work very hard everyday, heavy work, and cardio induced. I know if a regular routine of the right combination is done the results are phenomenal. Keep a positive attitude. Remind myself to be healthy. See the end results in the beginning. Keep my eyes on the the end results. Keep my goals in front of me. Plan meals. Plan exercise. Reward myself with positive affirmations saying how good I am at this, how good it works for me when following what is planned.
