WOOHOO! VERY surprised by a loss this week... Didnt do all that well this weekend, but YAY!
266.7 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 86.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 November 2010:
1638 kcal Fat: 48.85g | Prot: 66.82g | Carb: 231.34g.   Breakfast: Coffee, French Vanilla Creamer, banana, Oatmeal, Strawberries, Light butter. Lunch: sun chips, Lean cuisine chicken club. Dinner: Light Catalina Dressing, Tomato, cucumber, Lettuce, Meatloaf- gjghghhg. Snacks/Other: Special K Cereal Bar, Rice krispy treat, Kraft Handi-Snack Crackers & Cheese, Tic Tacs, Sargento string cheese. more...

congratulations on the loss!! :) I had a high calorie weekend as well. And saw a loss. I'm starting to think a High calorie day once or twice a month is a good thing. Like it shocks your body, and you drop more. :/ lol. 34.3lbs is Awesome!! Your doing so well!

I hope this works for me because I had a high calorie weekend and I'm scared to death. If I don't lose two lbs this week I will have thrown myself off track.

Thanks Jada!!! I think your write about the High Calorie days every once in a while, I've been hearing the same thing too. I think if Im going to do that every once in a while, Im going to try and eat better though, Ihop may have not been the ideal choice. hahaha :P And @ bizzybee38, don't stress to much if you don't loose this week. Since I started in August, Ive only had one week where I didn't loose anything. I actually gained like a pound, but I was working hard that week, so it was a total surprise. But I kept going, and lost it plus more for the next week. Dont stress too much about it, especially at the beginning our bodies are trying to figure out whats going on. haha :P

Your welcome Katie. I've actually dropped a good bit since the weekend and I'm dealing with a monthly visitor. :P So all in all I'm pretty happy with my progress. Don't stress weeks where you don't lose, it does usually come off the next week. And the weeks I don't lose much is usually the weeks I discover I can fit into smaller pants. lol. Or that some more shirts have started to get waaaaay too baggy. haha. Good luck to both of you. :) I'm off to fold laundry. Hope the baby doesn't unfold 1/2 of it this time around too. lol.
