I'm 24, the mother of 1 beautiful little girl, and the wife of a wonderful husband. ^.^ I've been overweight or worse since I was about 12yrs old. My parents and doctors encouraged me to eat anything and everything when I was elementary school because I was constantly sick and had issues gaining weight and keeping it on. So that's where I learned to over eat, and I never really stopped. I know at my heaviest weight I was 326lbs which was back in 2007.

Got married and found out I was pregnant in 2008, and gave birth to a little girl in 2009. I lost 20lbs during my pregnancy, 30lbs after I had her, then gained it all back in about 4 months.

I started having gallbladder issues this past January and started a low/no-fat diet in April to combat it. I lost about 15lbs just doing the low-fat diet by itself. I had my gallbladder removed the first week of July and gained 10lbs back while I was recovering at my mom's house.

Now I'm back at my own home and have lost the 10 I've gained and working on losing the rest. I'm counting calories and using full bars, and fiber bars(though they're more of balancing my digestion than anything else), and on occasion Kellog's meal bars. I've been watching portions when I have a meal and trying to include more veggies into my diet as well as just making healthier food choices over all. I've seen some progress on the scale, but I'm hoping to really be able to see the difference in my body soon. ^.^

I know I have a long journey to find a healthier weight, but I know it's worth it.

Under 300lbs- September 9th, 2010!
Under 275lbs- November 23rd, 2010!
Under 250lbs- June 10th, 2011! (Just in time for my Birthday! Woot!)

What exercising will reduce breast size quicker?
Best of luck on the boob front Icymaiden. I've lost over 50 lbs now, and started at a 44DD and currently I'm a 38DD -__- I keep hoping they'd shrink to a D cup, but no go so far. Spent the first several weeks of my journey waiting for them to start shrinking because everyone said they'd be the first to go. XD lol.

I bought the Biggest Loser Family cookbook. The recipe is in my cookbook, you should be able to see if if you look at my full cookbook on my profile. it's rather tastey. The only thing I really tweaked was adding more spices to the marinara when I made it. There is also a picture of the baked Ziti with recipe. Smile

Starving at 5pm
I know I'm prone to snacking between 4-5pm as well. The only things I found to combat it is a small snack like a yogurt cup, fruit and nut bar with a large mug of green tea. Or exercise. Sometimes I'll also just plan to have a larger snack that time of day. Like a protien shake with 1 serv of protien powder, and 1/2 cup of a low calorie icecream. It'll usually keep me full until dinner. Which I normally eat between 7-8pm.

Wow! Sounds like that class was Awesome! Very Happy And Thank you for the feedback.

Once I get comfortable wearing other things than just pants and tank tops working out, I definitely want to try it. I love to sweat, and just as you said a physical manifestation of the work your putting in. Kinda sounds like the next step up from pilates or the cardio yoga classes I've taken.
