fat 39.8% so much for losing! I did have bread yesterday but this is a no-no. gained 2 kilos from last week! defo have to increase exercise so this morning going for a 30 min walk then an exercise dvd. I need to lose 225g everyday on this weight loss challenge not gain them!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
