fat 39%. I am going to start weight challenge to lose 7kgs in one month. I have been yo yo weighing in since April 2020. I did lose 4kg in 3 months but it's not getting me anywhere close to my goal weight. I stopped my floor exercise and Zumba workout and opted to go swimming instead. BBQ and pizza night weekends at home organised by hubby not helping. also started drinking wine on the weekend so this has to stop. today I will add floor exercise and some Zumba even though it's hot. got to do this.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
