Day 6: 154 lb. Ketones positive. Doing well. Early induction tired--I know it will pass. 45 min on eliptical--very, very difficult this am. But I did it!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
