My Plan -

Eat real(whole) food
No processed food
No sugar ( 20gms a day allowed)
Low Carb - High Fat diet ( More Protein + More Fat ( Fat from whole food rather oil - nuts, seeds, avocado etc.)
172.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1038 kcal Fat: 38.96g | Prot: 47.82g | Carb: 130.84g.   Breakfast: Dosa, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch: Cooked Rice, Curd, Farmer's Cottage Cheese. Snacks/Other: Carrots , Cucumber (Peeled) , Watermelon , Bananas , Apples , Peanut Butter, Quaker Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted. more...

My first day today was a disaster, I never realized that until my evening tea I already had 2459 calories of food, that too very high in carbs. This definitely was an awakening. Tomorrow my focus would be more on how to stable this intake, how to reduce carbs and increase protein. It looks difficult, but am on it. Thankyou @liv001 and Kclab for your support :)
