I`m finally out of the 200!!!!! Yes yes yes yes yes. Let`s keep it up up up.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

961 kcal Fat: 44.21g | Prot: 42.19g | Carb: 113.21g.   Breakfast: Butter, White Bread, Coffee. Lunch: Whole Wheat Tortilla, Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Beef Steak. Dinner: Tomatoes, Beets, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Mixed Salad Greens, Breaded Chicken Parmigiana Patty with Vegetable (Diet Frozen Meal). Snacks/Other: Variety Pack Crackers (Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter, Toasty Crackers with Peanut Butter, Cheese Crackers with Cheddar Cheese), Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla. more...

Congratulations! I am going for the same goal (under 200) for my first mini goal. I have 4 lbs. to go! Then I have 65 lbs. left. I have lost 19 lbs. so far. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good work!
