It's been higher for a long time but I quit weighing myself because I was for the most part eating very healthy, and I'm exercising 4 or 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. Even if I gained weight it didn't really matter. Today I'm back down to 125.6. I am also starving, so that number isn't right but I'm recording it to keep myself motivated. I still may need to raise the number to 129. I'm not sure 125 is really doable for me to maintain. I'll try it for a few months though.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
