Today is a new day, I had fallen off big time due to some pretty stressful things going on. But I have vowed to not let stress bring me down and learned to move past it. So let's get this going...again, and for the last time.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
