It's swimming season. I bring my giant ball that serves to hold me up for crunches in the gym, into the pool. I push it back and forth in the middle-deep water. That works my shoulders, arms, legs ankle-foot muscles. I also bring in three floating pool "noodles" that people use to float on the water. I taped them together and it makes a floating triangle. I push it and it builds tricep and bicep muscles and shoulders. I also use it to push a free floating Bender ball across the pool. It floats fast and you have to almost run to keep it just ahead of the noodle triangle thing. I really have some aching muscles today. Gotta go down tomorrow or Monday and do it all over again.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
