This is like the very definition of slowly but surely. At least it's not a gain. :-)

The decrease in my running sure isn't helping, but I'm tired and don't want to do anything. Will hopefully get some in this weekend though.

138.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
