I know. I had a stalk around Christmas where I was staying steady. Now I've headed back in the wrong direction. Gotta work on my will power again 😪

Sometimes it's not a matter of willpower or motivation. You actually have to relearn your eating habits. Subliminal tapes that I downloaded from YouTube helped me. I still listen to them at night when I'm sleeping, for reinforcement.

Willpower is very hard to sustain day in and day out. Habits on the other hand allow you to go on auto pilot. The trick is to make the habits support your goals. I would focus on habit formation rather than willpower.

It can be overwhelming to tackle all the habits as once. Try modifying just one at a time. Slow and steady will get you to goal!
