Sooooo I'm at work right now. I had some leftover turkey and a piece of celery with some cream cheese on it for breakfast. I love turkey so it's no problem to have all these leftovers :D In fact, turkeys under 15 pounds are only $5 at my grocery store so I'm going to go buy two after work so I have a huge bunch of meat ready for the next month! I might get sick of turkey, but I don't think so.

I think something yummy would be a turkey-stuffed half avocado. Turkey + avocado sandwiches always taste good, so why wouldn't it without the bread? I'm excited to try this. I hope avocados are relatively cheap... I dunno, I haven't gone shopping in a while. Oh well, I'll splurge on one, since the turkeys are so cheap!

Not much for me to do at work today, so I'm just sitting here chilling until some stuff comes in for me to do. I could clean the lab, but... I hate cleaning up other people's messes! They think the lab is a storage room and it's most definitely not.

I work in a lab too... The turkey and avocado sound tasty! You could make a turkey salad with cubed avocados and mayo. YUM!

I was just thinking about sara's suggestion. That would be so yummy. And chop some fresh dill into it, too!!! Now I'm hungry for that!!! I love turkey, too. We ate all of our leftovers already - with the final going towards a creamy turkey soup last night. DIVINE!!
