159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Sugar Waffle and Klab, yes it takes everyday discipline but I am determined to slowly get where I need to be. My first strategy was to reset my weight goal to a mini loss rather than the end goal. Maybe that will make this feel more doable. Are you all doing okay? Looks like it from here. Blessings-
