It's been 81 days since I have weighed in. Wow.. I'm up 12 pounds. I have not been following anything... just eating as I please and this weekend I could just feel how fat I was getting. Last week at work we put a scale in the bathroom and I was terrified to get on it. Now I know why... OMG! So I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up on all my low carb staples. I had to by some Atkins shakes and bars... because even though I don't lose as much when I eat them, they really are lifesavers when you are in a pinch. My refrigerator is full of cheese and veggies and lean meats. I packed 3 days worth of lunches so I don't have to worry about that for a few days... I feel ready. But since October I have felt ready to go back a half a dozen times. I just really hate the way I feel and look right now... Here is to staying strong!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm right there with you! We will start again. And again if needed. Fall down 1000 times, get up 1001 times! We can do this and feel better!
