Can't believe my eyes! thank you Lord!!!
184.3 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of exercise... Cut down on carbs... Not been really true to the diet... but exercising more than I have to. On the diet you need to do only 17 mins of exercise... I have been working out 2 hours six days a week (walking and dance). More veggies and fruits. Also probiotics to keep the digestion going.
