well i've been a little slack the last few weeks and haven't been filling in my food diary. But the good thing i have started jogging with a friend and have started to lose weight again. Last week i put on 300g so i got upset with myself. This week i actually lost 400g when i thought i would put on so that is a bonus. I had a week off from jogging so got back into it today and it felt great. Only i started way too late as i was spose to lose 10kgs before the end of next week as we are off to Europe for 23 days.
