obviously going up as did no exercise these past 2 days. bad news about a friend with cancer, death of father of a colleague, lots of stuff going on yesterday... today starring over with my regime... fat 40.8%
153.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
