yesterday no exercise at all and ate about 2000 Cal's. hardly drank too! one of those days. stayed browsing on the internet for chairs for my daughter and for apartments for my other daughter and kept procrastinating. oh well! hope to make up for it today after the setback yesterday. let's get moving❤️ fat is 40.2%
