I feel a little lax on the effort this week, although I know I haven't been. We have started the hoildays and visits already,so I have been focusing on small portions especially if I do not knowhow something was prepared. I need to be kind to myself and keep focused onthe goal. As long as my overall progression continues downward I have to be glad.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
