I m fringe so discouraged. Even though I have not been loging my food. I know it's been a reason.SE amount of calories. I did snip the cardioid for a few days but still. 194.6 this morning it's been. Going back up everyday. I don't I. If im retaining water or bloating.g from PMS or actually not losing. I know im not giving 100 % but I should be having better results than this.
