well, its Monday again, my official weigh in day. i have had some successes this week but im not doing doing as well as I would like. I really want to get under 190. I would love for that to be my goal for this week, but its obvious to me that I need to work on my basic daily structure. my focus is all over the place. I started focusung on my health and neglected my daily routines. my efforts need to be incorpotated into my daily routines to be maintainable. this is not a sprint but a life long journey to live healthy. so, I will focus on balance this week. some of my successes for this week are that iam starting to see and feel some physical changes to my body. I can see my body toning up. I was actually able to achive a roll up this week which is a big progression for me. on day this week I did 2 cardio sessions and burned 850 calori es according to the eliptical machine. I think my main goal for this week is not a certain weight, but to log my food and exc er cise everyday this week, to use astrid to stick to my daily routines, and to make myself get up and stay up at 7am every day so that I have time to accomplish my daily tasks.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
