I changed the batteries last night and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to jump up 3 pounds.

I told myself I probably wasn't going to record it, but it's a loss so ;-)

we'll see what it is Tuesday!
139.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
