it is Saturday and hoping I will not blow up my good intentions. it is usually pizza night , homemade by my husband. I just take pizza dough with my homemade marinara sauce but it still adds up to a lot of calories. at least I stopped drinking wine for two consecutive Saturdays 😊 41.2 %fat today, still very high. need to keep moving!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
