surprised I went up slightly, maybe because I ate late or did not achieve the 10k mark on Fitbit. extra effort today! 41.7%fat did Zumba step and Zumba exhilarate and in the morning strength and mobility and hard leg work.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
