4.5 pounds down since my weigh-in 2 weeks ago. I am following the process and it is working. This weekend we went out of town on a long trip to Chicago and I still kept to the process. Normally that would been difficult to stick with. Thankful that I think I am finally figuring my weight out.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
