Are you taking your measurements? Have you noticed your clothes fitting more loosely? Sometimes we lose fat and the scale doesn't move for a couple of weeks. I had a friend go down 4 sizes with out seeing the scale move for a while. Sometimes exercise can cause water retention in the muscles to help them heal. This can show on the scale as no loss, smaller loss than usual or a temporary gain. Maybe it's sodium causing your water weight to fluctuate. Do you eat a lot of processed foods? You wouldn't believe how much sodium is in most foods (processed). Some people are very sensitive to sodium. Google the article "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight fluctuations. Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Too many and you may not lose! Too few and you may not lose! If you eat too low, it can sloooooow the metabolism way down. Are you drinking water to flush out sodium and keep things moving? You may need to keep changing things up. If you are losing fat (clothes are loose) than you know whatever you are doing is working even if the scale isn't moving yet. The scale is only one way to see weight loss success and many times it lies. Consistency is key with weight loss. Keep going and keep changing things up.
