I logged in 10km exercise and about 15.5 k steps. said no to wine and stuck to 1200 Cal's. finally the scales moved. still had homemade pizza dough with marinara sauce which I made with no oil. delicious. happy the scales finally budged. 41%fat so.... off with my exercise today. measuring my food on a small size plate because it's all about portion control.
156.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
