I honestly don't know how this happened. I thought I wasn't eating too well the past few days, but that's what I get for not recording.

Well, it's a new month so I'm going to reset my goals tonight, get a run in today, and record!!

140.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
